OUR COMPANY
Brief introduction
NEOMED s.r.l. is Company active in the market of industrial and clinical
diagnostic laboratory products for over ten years.
The Company has started its activity to import, manufacture and distribute
dehydrated culture media; then it has developed ready prepared culture media and
in the meantime it has widened its activity with the acquisition of well known
patents and brands as "State"®, "Takives"®, "Koprotest"®, "Mingotest"®,
"Uritainer"® enhancing their distribution in Italy and across Europe.
In May 2006 NEOMED s.r.l. made the acquisition of the Amplimedical S.p.A.
Medical line consumables and now is marketing these products all over the country
supported by regional and local sales organization.
This structure represents the Medical Division and is able to provide suitable
assistance to customers by the coordination and management of the operational
Head Quarter based in Mazzo di Rho (MI).
NEOMED s.r.l. is a growing business whose vitality is confirmed also by the
constant growth of its operational profit, that makes possible more investments,
expansion in new markets and the development of new products, that all giving a
sharp and compact image of the Company.
Under the previous scenario in January 2009 it has been finalized the acquisition of
the Molecular Biology line from the Cori Group S.p.A. : this acquisition, through a
dedicated R & D activity, will allow the Diagnostic Division to complete the
current offer in the area of food microbiology, environmental monitoring
microbiology and to propose specific solutions in the area of infectious diseases by
products which are featured by advanced technology content.
In addition, the manufacturing site has been authorized to produce diagnostic
products by the Italian Ministry of Health and it is certified ISO 2001 by the SQS,
Swiss Association for the Quality & Management Systems.
The NEOMED s.r.l. internal Quality Control Laboratories perform the validation
of all finished goods.
